I wonder what the structure of this DVD will be like...
It's coming to Sacramento? Hot diggity!
@WalterLinz For your sake, I hope so too. But for the time being, there's going to be one at the San Diego County Fair, and that's at least 2 hours or so away from LA.
I'm mighty surprised that it's a fact about Camilla- I was expecting it to be about Gonzo, but whatever.
Until I got an eBay account 2 years ago and saw several of the Playhouse Videos being sold on there, I wasn't even aware of those facts on the inside front cover. As I've mentioned on...
:sigh:  *and folding my arms in the process*
I honestly don't know what to say right now.
@dwayne1115 Like several others on here, I hope you're right about that thought. Because, honestly it seems like a waste for Disney to just go ahead and block every episode of both shows...
I don't know if this was an insert or an actual episode scene, but according to page 34 of Sesame Street Unpaved, there was a scene (not sure which season/year) where Gordon puts Big Bird in charge of watching his just finished painting of the street. Big Bird becomes so concerned about...
@Drtooth The Count actually appeared in 2 Word of the Day bits: Artist and Greeting. I know that probably doesn't help much with his appearances throughout the season overall.
Another good thing (in regards to characters showing up) that really continues to stick out is how many appearances Bert made throughout the course of the season!
@Daffyfan2003 to be honest, I myself actually prefer the Telly/Oscar pairings!
Thread bump.
Someone is selling their copy of Muppet Weird Stuff and The Kermit and Piggy Story on eBay. Obviously, I doubt that no one will want to pay $39.95 + an additional $5.22 shipping for them, but at least we get to see the little fun facts that are shown in the inside front covers.
I've actually been pondering over that factor myself. Considering that from the very beginning, Gordon and Susan functioned as the show's surrogate parents, and Bob functioned as the show's surrogate teacher, it would absolutely be pretty sad for sure.
Sorry for bringing up an old thread, but...I watched the Danny Kaye episode the other day, and I feel like the "Lunchtime" skit would have been suitable for Gonzo Presents Muppet Weird Stuff, don't you think?
