I like that "New Beds" managed to take a completely dull concept and blended it in with the Anti-Pops saga when you didn't expect it. That's Steven Universe level of bait and switch plot. Also liked the little stab at IKEA and their "meat"balls. Also, great scene of Skips wanting to buy...
I don't really see this as such a bad film. It's low budget and made for a specific part of the world, sure. It doesn't look nearly as terrible as Robinson Caruso 3-D (The Wild Life over here, not released in 3-D) or that awful Puss in Boots thing from France they dubbed with William Shatner...
I totally want to see more episodes like this. If they ever need a budget fixing episode again, they should consider another gag dub episode. Maybe even try and do one based on the Filmation series?
My only complaint is that I first caught wind of this episode as a commercial on Boomerang...
The thing that utterly baffles me about CN is their scheduling. I understand that they feel the need to run TTG and Gumball at all hours. But what I don't get is the fact they announced 3 perfectly good shows that they could run Saturday mornings, ran them there for 3 weeks, and then dumped 2...
Which of course means voting for someone who has a history of sexual assault.
I know you've never been the lesser of two evils type, but to me anyone is better than Donald Grope. I'd rather have 4 more years of Dubbyah. If he was running on the Democrat ticket, I'd for freaking sure vote...
To me, it wasn't so much about it being an episode about a kid that doesn't know how to tie their shoes so much as it had to be about Bud. I could easily see a shoe tying episode about D.W. or maybe the Tibbles and it working better and being more entertaining, but with Bud, it was just tedious...
I'm not taking anything as a given here. The Republican nominee certainly didn't become the nominee because people with dangerous world views stayed at home during the GOP primaries. This was to have been a Bush vs Clinton election that disenfranchised and/or failed to get the interest of...
I wouldn't call that show "anime-esque." Maybe if it's DLE, as they barely animate anything.
This feels like a show that's been locked in a closet for 10 years and now finally made it to TV. Right down to the creaky Flash animation. It has the understanding of Japanese culture of a 13 year...
Saw that it was coming the Air Jordans would be fake, but didn't see them falling apart the second he walked in them.
I personally can't wait for the complete crapstorm that upon coming home:
That's what made this episode great. A level of dark reality context to kids afraid to come out. Certainly they couldn't make the entire series about Kenny fighting his parents who wish to disown them. Instead, they made it a strong possibility for another character.
Also, I like to think...
I really think that "Hear no Evil" managed to fix Benson's worst moment on the series by essentially giving the episode a redo. Remember the episode where Benson eats the only available every so many years ultimate burgers? Well...
Yeah, but even when Disney has a hit on their hands, it's like 3 or 4 months after the movie hits theaters when those hit DVD. I was shocked at how soon Zootopia got its release, and it was one of their most successful movies. I'm sure Disney's trying to hold Dory off for a release closer to...
While the show's writers went for the obvious reference to the obvious series, I'm actually more impressed with the Comic book tie in's parody of the first Teen Titans Filmation series Just scroll down to the last page of the preview.
