I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT THAT SILENT E SKETCH I LOVED IT AS A KID

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

That looks horrible for something from 2001. ReBoot's CGI from the final season looked BETTER than this.

The MARVELOUS Muppets: "And He'll Stand With..."

My friend always liked the Martians thanks to being obsessed with Martians because of MM.

    PBS Kids was influential

Didn't the Magic School Bus air on a non-PBS station by then?

    Animated Hotties?

Green Lantern from Injustice 2, because of his voice actor.

    The Old Cartoon Network Thread

HBO Max CUT a bunch of Space Ghost Coast to Coast episodes with copyrighted music and video, including "Hipster" (featuring CHAD GHOSTAL, no less) and an ESSENTIAL episode, "Sequel," one that I was LOOKING FORWARD TO. If they weren't pansies when it came to copyright issues and didn't HIDE from...

Christmas: Are they shoving it down our throats too early?

One of my brother's friends started playing Christmas music as soon as it hit 12 am last night during a group chat.

The Best CGI Films in Recent Memory... And more

Here's one not many know about: The animation looks amazing for something from 2002 (to give you a reminder, Rapsittie Street Kids came out the same year, showing CGI wasn't exactly that good back then, but most of the stuff released then were good.) Hyperspace looks beautiful. Even Swayzak...

The MARVELOUS Muppets: "And He'll Stand With..."

I'm sorry for bumping a very old thread, but I searched "Martian Manhunter" on this forum and I would like to say... HOW could you not pair him with the YIP-YIPS?!

Rare "Cracks" animation from 1970's Sesame Street

Well, Bob Dorough was sure he wasn't able to sing "Verb: That's What's Happening" and decided they definitely needed a black singer. I mean, Dorothy does a good job, and people aren't able to figure out if she's white or black. It's also more that the girl doesn't have a voice and this is just a...

    Hanna-Barbera

I also like Sky Commanders, the Centurions (even though it was a RS show at first, it's now owned by HB), the Plastic Man show (another RS show that was acquired by HB), and the Three Musketeers.

    Animated Hotties?

As much as I find it embarrassing, I like Martian Manhunter from Justice League's voice.

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

Only Partridge Family 2200 A.D. came out during that time. Casper & the Angels and The Fonz & the Happy Days Gang came out well after cartoons started to have violence and conflict again, like the Challenge of the Super Friends episode "Super Friends: Rest in Peace" and of course, Star Blazers...

Any say on Minions: The Rise of Gru? Minions is trash IMO, can't wait to see how this does on RottenTomatoes.

How do you guys feel about watching Sesame Street?

The reason I deleted my comments is that Encyclopedia Dramatica went after DakariKingMykan, who had questionable behavior in the Teen Titans fandom (for example, disrespecting 9/11 in a fanfic) and happened to like Sesame. As a fan of DC too, I didn't want to be like him. Now I don't care I...

Anyone remember the "Join Us" song?

DON'T TOUCH ME! NA NA NA NA! NA NA NA NA! DON'T TOUCH ME! And of course, Gary Owens (Space Ghost's original voice actor) did "the voice from beyond" in the D and J commercials from the first season, so it's extra hilarious.

    Recurring voices in animated segments

It almost sounds like Ken Nordine to me... (He's like Scott Getchell, but with a deeper voice, and he was everywhere in the 80s when they needed a dramatic narration, unlike Scott, who was only local.)

What are your favorite number segments?

Number Creatures and of course Parade of Numbers (because it's got Scott's trumpet skills in it.)
