Episodes that have sponsor inserts with the wrong sponsor

I've noticed from reading the guides that there's a few episodes that have sponsor inserts in them that were from a sponsor that did not sponsor the episode.

Episode 1291: The sponsor was 8, but it had the Ringmaster #2 cartoon.

Episode 1989: The sponsors were J and R, but it had the Consonant Sound: M - Moon cartoon.

So I wonder if maybe some of the copies of the episodes we've gotten, and the ones posted on the guides were not the final air versions of the episodes.

Episode 3005 - The sponsor was 1, but it had 10 shells

Episodes 3119, 3132 and 3175 had 3 Taxi Chairs, even though neither is sponsored by 3.

Episode 1301 from Season 10. The letter sponsors were M and W, but there was a letter S segment included (the one with a close-up of a snake's face on a light teal background identifying the letter).

Episode 1112, a repeat of Season 7's 0886, had the sponsors D, S and 6 - but none of the sponsor inserts in the repeat were D, S, and 6 - they were apparently J, Z, and 4.

There was an episode in Season 14 that was brought to you by G, X, and 6 - but there was a letter W segment (The Typewriter W for Wall one).

Episode 1659 in Season 13 had the sponsors A, R and 10 - but it also had an H segment (the Hot Dog segment, with a dog looking thirsty).

One episode early in Season 5 had the sponsors C, U and 2 - but it also had the "One Song (Song of One)" film segment.

Episode 2496 - Despite the number sponsor being 4, Bellhop 16 is present

Episode 3122 - Despite the number sponsor being 6, 20 Eggs is present

Episode 3169 was sponsored by O, V and 1, but there is a 10 segment where an elephant counts 10 peanuts. Other episodes not sponsored by 10 also have that cartoon.

Episode 406 has one letter sponsor: D, but it has a segment about the letter E: E for Enter and Exit.

Despite only J being credited as a sponsor, the episode still has segments about G, K, M, N, Q and U.

Episode 1194 was brought to you by G. X and 10. However, there were number 4 segments and no number 10 segments. I know one of the number 4 segments was "Scanimate Films #4".

Episodes 2843 and 3088, despite being sponsored by 10, had They Can't Take That Away from Me, a song about the number 0. Multiple other non-0-sponsored Sesame Street episodes after Season 19 also incorrectly had They Can't Take That Away from Me.
