This episode features an all-new street story, Everyone Has Big Feelings ("Painting Pictures"), a new Mecha Builders ("Ice Cream Mystery Party"), and Elmo's World: Monster Edition ("Arts and Crafts").

In this episode Tamir makes a drawing for Chris as a surprise, Mrs. Crustworthy and Grandma Neil found it and gave it to Chris. We see the bears in this one (No Curly). Tamir felt disappointed that Chris found out about the drawing. We get the feeling ditty. It might be a new trend. The volcano returns to teach us again to have a volcano breath. We get a segment about making talking sticks, in a new mecha builders segment, Bertha plans a ice cream mystery party for the citizens and there's nothing on the clues until the mecha builders and even mecha Tango help out by putting water on the clues to put together a ice cream and in Elmo's world: Monster edition, we learn about arts and crafts with help from Grover.

I think the biggest question here is who voiced Papa Bear? I believe this was this first he spoke since Joey's departure.

Martin P. Robinson and he voiced Papa Bear in episode 5106 which it's his first speaking appearance since Joey's departure.
