I was expanding the issue beyond the show. But you're telling me it's not just the show Disney would worsen, they'd worsen all of the franchise-books, direct-to-video programs, apps, live shows, initiatives. In fact, the organization that used to be Children's Television Workshop (CTW) changed its name to Sesame Workshop because they (including the Sesame Street franchise for which they were known) had expanded beyond TV shows, meaning that Sesame Street had expanded beyond just being a TV show.If you really think Disney wouldn’t absolutely ruin the show in some way then it really shows what little you know of the company.
You probably bet that the "Little Children, Big Challenges" initiative and the "See Amazing In All Children" initiative about autism and the newer book series "Sesame Street Tough Topics" would get worsened if Sesame Street became a Disney property. What would Disney do to those initiatives? And as I was asking, would those aforementioned long out-of-print books from the 70s get reissued by Disney Publishing Worldwide?
