True. People even thought he went up to 10 or 14. That's not correct, either. Our memory can get a little messed up sometimes. Believe me, I even remembered thinking if he went up to 18 or 20, but the Growing Numbers segments are what really got me mixed up with those segments.
The script for episode #1277 did say he was going to appear in the final aired version. But he never actually made any appearance in that episodes, I wonder if the script was a miscalculation?

If anyone is wondering if they own the rights to the music, they do. According to the wiki, they also own records of songs from the 1970s and 1980s. Didn't Warner also make an agreement 10 years ago with Sesame Workshop on certain video or musical content distributions?
I am also wondering the same thing. I can only recall watching the episode when I had just moved to a new street in October 2005. 7 years later, I saw the episode on Sprout and noticed no change, it had shown Feet, not Bugs. And according to the trusted documents provided by Shane, Feet did not...
I contacted the Pacific Science Center of Seattle and they knew the history of the fountain saying,
