    The New New Quote Thread

Jarrod Fairclough talks about how bland the Muppets on Hilarity for Charity was: For some reason, Kermit came out and sang Rainbow Connection. Apparently he has to sing RC every time he's on screen at the moment. It was fine. JD Hansel: So is that the start of them saying "We don't know what to...

Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4935 - Cookie Monster's Museum Mystery

The cold open with Prairie and Cookie was funny. I liked how this time in Amazing Adventures, you saw more Sesame locations in the opening.

Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4934 - Slimey at the Car Race

I liked the new Amazing Adventure. It was funny seeing Rudy enjoy being the navigator so he could boss Abby around. Basket's line about being a backseat driver made me smile. I liked the end where for once, Oscar said goodbye to the viewers, and when Elmo said "Elmo loves you", Oscar said "Do...

The new What Made You Smile Today thread

I'm really looking forward to seeing those old Steve D'Monster videos in their original speed! I was a little annoyed when those videos were reuploaded in 2014 sped up, because the audio became a little too high-pitched.

Where are all these classic Sesame Street episodes coming from?

I know this is a weird question, but Muppet Wiki isn't letting me post messages for some reason. Since Scarecroe just got access to episodes where Toby Towson played Barkley, and the guides imply that he made noise, does that mean Toby now qualifies to be in the Muppet performer category?

This was a fun appearance. It was nice to see the whole gang at the end during the finale.

Your Thoughts: The Muppets on "A Capitol Fourth" Thursday July 4, 2019

I liked the beginning with the gang singing You're a Grand Old Flag and forgetting that Stamos wanted to sing with them. I can't wait to see what song they're gonna sing later in the show.

Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4933 - Camp Grover

I thought the street story was fun. The references to Camp Wannagohoma were a highlight. I also liked the beat of the song that Nina taught the gang. Cookie getting excited about a chocolate factory was the funniest thing I'd seen Cookie do in a Foodie Truck segment.

Cam Garrity: The Elmo voice can't be an easy thing to do. To just create that sound. Adam Kreutinger: And maintain it. Cam: What's your vocal regiment either to do warmups and cooldowns or just to make sure you're not damaging your voice? Ryan Dillon: I am awful at that. I have to tell you, none...

    Muppet Babies puppet videos

I really wish we had more info on who the puppeteers are besides Matt and Eric, so we can give them the credit they deserve. ,

Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4932 - Baby Bear's Just Right Cafe

The voice Stephanie used for Goldilocks was kinda unique. I had to listen very carefully to figure out it was her. My favorite part was Abby poofing Alan in and out and him not being a fan of it. The end with Mr. Johnson and Grover was the perfect way to end an episode about restaurants.

    The New New Quote Thread

Ryan Dillon's Puppet Tears story: Elmo's eye fell off once on TV, that was good. We were doing a live show, me and Chris Knowings, one of the greatest guys in the world, he's just so kind and we're practically the same person. Cam Garrity: He plays Chris on Sesame Street, one of the humans...

    The New New Quote Thread

Cameron Garrity: Elmo really came into popularity and there was the Elmo domination in the '90s, which if you were a fan of the Muppets and Sesame Street, you were maybe in the generation that was a Big Bird devotee. So what were your thoughts about Elmo when you were a kid? Ryan Dillon: That's...

Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4931 - Grocery Games

The cold open with Big Bird and Oscar was fun. I hope we get more interactions with them. The street story was pretty good. I liked seeing a new location on the street, Jen performing the unenthused intercom lady was funny, "Who writes this?" Marty, Pam, Tyler and Stephanie's performances of the...
