I think it's because when I'm on Youtube I see misspellings and goof ups of the Muppeteer's names all the time so it's kind of my pet peeve. I wasn't trying to be rude or be the grammar police but it kind of gets to me when I see people's names spelled wrong.

I know right? But they have it spelled right on "The Muppets." :/
