Hmmmm, lemme think:
*Train (If they sing "50 Ways To Say Goodbye," Lips should have a trumpet solo (or make the scenario like a mariachi band) !)
*Megan Hilty (from "Smash")
*Idina Menzel (They could make an episode based off of Wicked with her. That's what she's mostly known for)
*Madonna
*Howard Stern
*Sharon Osbourne
*Jason Segel (of course)
*Adam Young (mostly known for Owl City)
*Donna Murphy
*Cheyenne Jackson
*Raven Symone
*Lea Michele (I don't like her so much, though, but she could probably bring ratings in)
*Kelsey Grammer
*Audra McDonald
*Ricky Martin (Oh Pepe would have a ball with him)
*Shirley MacLaine
*Jeremy Jordan
*Jane Krakowski (I know she was in "Letters To Santa")
*Bebe Neuwirth
*Gilbert Gottfried (He had a cameo in an episode of Muppets Tonight)
*Anderson Cooper
*Avril Lavigne
*Jerry Springer
*Michael Urie (from "Ugly Betty")
*Seth McFarlane (the guy who made "Family Guy")
(Wow...that's a lot!)

I was considering that one but I had the idea to have the whole trio (Him, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint) on together.
I couldn't agree more! Sometimes they're were collabrations like Kris Kristofferson and Rita Coolidge. I only hope they would do they same for those three.

Neil Patrick Harris, Tim Curry, Nathan Lane,
I was going to suggests these three as well, Broadway stars are usually a safe bet as you know they can sing and act, but with others people have suggested like Ellen Degeneres you don't know if they can sing and act.
Weird Al would be great as well as any of the Doctors even if they just made a cameo in Pigs in Space.
I think Penn and Teller would be great in a magic themed episode. Also in the same vein a Shakespearian actor like Kenneth Branagh, Sir Ian McKellen or Brian Blessed in an episode where the Muppets recreate scenes or a whole play with jokes and music put in the mix.
