I have to agree on the loathe part of those postcards and I love Red just because she calls Traveling Matt's postcards in one episode, "Fiction", I burst out laughing. Or another time, I think I recall her saying, "Boring pie with yawn sauce."

Still, Matt did once in a while come up with some interesting things to tell, as I believe Red eventually came to take notice of near the end of the show, although she still quizzed Matt on the truth of them.
