Price is Right, while the contestants aren't exactly idiots by comparison, are usually just normal people, sometimes younger, sometimes much older. And unlike Jeopardy, there's much more of a game in this game show. It's not exactly Double Dare, but it's a little more physical than Jeopardy. Not to mention the fact they call contestants down, where as in Jeopardy, the contestants are already at their podiums.
There is that game where you have to putt the ball in the hole, so that requires some physical skill, lol. But sometimes you do need a bit of mental ability on The Price Is Right, especially trying to guess the price of the cars. I think they fix the prices sometimes to make the games harder or easier depending upon how much stuff they've given away.

I think it's amazing people can be so desparate to save the hair on top of their head,
and get rid of it everywhere else. Vanity perhaps?

Gah! When I was a kid, hairy chests were supposed to be impressive, so we couldn't wait to sprout hair on our chests... my chest was the last place I sprouted hair (well after I hit puberty), but by then, it was completely hairless bodies that was impressive.

Well, people are just gonna have to put up with the fact that I've got the body of Bob Hoskins circa Roger Rabbit.

Yeah, I know, nice mental picture...

This might have been posted elsewhere, but I think it bears repeating.
In 1976, I was 8 and going into 3rd grade. I still enjoyed watching Sesame Street (and why not?) but got razzed by my classmates for still watching that "kiddie show".

Ironically, that's when the Muppet Show made its debut. You were cool watching Kermit on CBS, but if you watched him on PBS, you needed to grow up.

So if you follow that mentality, what do you do when they show the episode where Bert and Ernie were the guest stars? Switch the channel when they're on? Watch Little House on the Prairie instead? Go play air hockey? Such dilemnas my generation faced. PHEW!

I really hate it when people are annoying, especially if you tell them to sop.

Like, I mean, if they don't have that wierd ADHD stuff.
ADHD, as well as ADD, are not weird, they are just something that you are born with and sometimes grow out of. No matter what you hear, you cannot just spontaneously get it as an adult. That means that you have had it all of your life.

I think what miss kermie was more saying was that she doesn't know a lot about ADHD and ADD, and called it weird as more of a "I don't know much about it but I know it's out there" or saying it is something more unique. Like, if I said "I don't want one of those weird brands of cars," I'm not necessarily saying that those brands are weird and horrible, I'm just saying that they're kinda unique and lesser known brands.
