MOD is fine for all the Disney Afternoon cartoons, and I want them to do that.. UNEDITED, of course. I want to see the episode of Bonkers with Fireball Frank. But I really think The Muppets deserve a general retail release. We need special features, not some "oh well it's something," overpriced bare bones thing. They went all out with the last 3 releases, there's no call for them to just toss the other two out and say "Screw it! Here... now shut up" and then go back to doing movies (the only thing they know how to do).I wish they would just release The Muppet Show Seasons 4 & 5 via the MOD program... along with the remaining DuckTales and Rescue Rangers seasons of course. Then, after they see what a huge success it is, they could release them for real, and do an official packaging mail-away offer for all of us who ordered the MOD releases beforehand. Music rights be darned (though obviously I know it's something that has to be dealt with, crummy as it may be).
But for the TDA cartoons they barely care about (P.S.... once the Darkeing Duck comics came out, there was a large spike in sales of Darkwing Duck on DVD) can get that kinda treatment. It's not like they even tried with those. And give us the last season of The Tick.
