More Muppets Movie cup toppers?

Looks like these are more Muppet Cup toppers apart from the nodders.Does anybody know more about these figures such as if they only made the 2 and who were selling them?

These two were released in Germany, they only had Kermit and Piggy normally. These are just toppers and not bobbleheads like in the UK. Here in Belgium we got nothing :-(
