Actually, the scan of the loose accessory doesn't look all that much better than the photo taken of the one in a carded Link's blister. ~shrug~

I have no plans for a Walter at the moment, but I'll probably make an 80's Robot since I have that similar-looking restaurant premium robot already on hand.

I bet Christian could hand-sculpt a Walter with a great likeness, though.

The easiest characters to customize from the upcoming movie will be the Moopets' analogues of Rowlf and Janice. Too bad those are pretty pricey Palisades figures.
