You can't even really trust Wikipedia anyway.
You can never trust Wikipedia, but you can ALWAYS trust a fan wiki. They have VERY rigorous regulations and rules about what goes into an article and what doesn't. No "Abe Lincon was a Martian" stuff there.

So far, the only internet rumblings of a sequel that have been mentioned that came to fruition was Cars 2. Maybe Monsters Inc, but no one expected prequel. TS3 was a long time planning because Disney threatened to do it themselves, but other than that, there's always rumors about movie sequels over there. Like the Incredibles is still in consideration, but nothing is official. Brad's doing a live action film with Pixar will co-produce, and any Incredibles sequel needs to at least go through him. They would like to, but they haven't the concept yet.

I'm quite sick of people saying things about Wikipeida. Just because anyone can edit and garners a lot of vandalism doesn't mean it doesn't get reverted and fixed.

And again, fan wikis have the best standards for articles and reliability. Other than some tiny errors here and there, I never seen anything major, like imaginary projects or rewritten history. They do a great job cleaning those articles out.

That said, if TS4 is even a reality, it's going to be a while for confirmation. And they could easily have a lot more projects lined up that haven't been made official yet. We only get 2 movies in advance most of the time. Though there could have been trouble with the unproduced Newt movie delaying or pushing things up... Brave and Monsters University are the only 2 new films they officially announced. And that takes us up to 2013.

Sometimes it's the any edits and the "vandalism" that ends up being reverted and fixed that's the accurate information, as opposed to the fixes which are sometimes in accurate.

Plus, Wikipedia seems to have this thing about it right now where the registered editors and such want the pages and entries to have as little and detailess information as possible... guess they're running out of webspace or bandwidth or something and have to conserve.

Be that as it may, here's the website in question..
http://pixar.wikia.com/Category:Upcoming

Now, it mentions 3 films (one by Disney Toons, with just some input from Pixar), one short, and a Disneyworld attraction. No mention of Toy Story 4 has popped up yet. Not even in Toy Story pages.

I wonder how far into the future they're planning films and if any other Pixar movies will be revealed at D23. Maybe that may have clues as to if this is a real deal or not.

According to this article, two upcoming Pixar movies will be original ideas and not sequels. Thank goodness!

In all honesty, those descriptions make it sound like they don't even know what they're doing with these two concepts... but then again, Sid & Marty Krofft have said they've pitched shows to networks without even knowing what it was they were pitching.

And... Tim Burton is remaking his Frankenweenie film? Why?

Well, they're in early production stages no doubt. Nothing would be ironed completely out yet. We don't even know when these come out (most likely 2014 and 2015), so it's plenty of time to work on them.

Hey, would you rather him goth up another fairy tale? Yeah. The new Frankenweenie will be stop motion, from what I hear... Any excuse to see new films with classic animation technology.

Glad to hear about Pixar's 2 new films... yeah, they seem basically on the concept phase, even though.. well, twitter only allows you a certain number of words... just the announcements seems like all they can do so far.
