I Know Eric's First Performance Job was on Sesame Street back in the 90's, but what was his first Performance as Bert and Grover?

Eric's earliest Grover was during season 30. As far as I know, his earliest Bert was season 31 (as evidenced by this sketch).

It's a possibility. There's one skit in particular from the 2000's with Bert, Grover, and Cookie Monster. It's definitely Frank performing Bert and I'm pretty sure Eric is performing Grover with David doing Cookie Monster. Check it out:
