I have a webseries that does reviews of underrated nostalgia and I have plans to do the Great Santa Claus Switch. I looked at the copy on YouTube, but its missing some scenes and there is a lengthy black screen. If anyone has a version in thier posession, I'm open to trade. Please help me!

Here's a website that should help you. www.kermiclownvideos.com. The problem with this special though is that 96% of the copies going around are either in fair or poor quality. But the one that KermieClown has is still pretty watchable. I got a copy from him a few years ago. The sound is perfect, the picture is a little rough with several hiccups here and there. It is, thankfully, still easy to enjoy this Henson masterpiece. Hopefully, the company can tell us if it will ever be released on DVD. Anyway, good luck and I hope you find your copy.

I e-mailed the people that do the dvds for the Ed Sullivan Show and this is what they sent back.
Hello Mr. Nebeker,

Ed may have hosted this special, but as it wasn't an actual episode of The
Ed Sullivan Show
it wouldn't be something we have access to. You probably
already have our "Muppets Magic" DVD but if you don't you can buy it on our
website. Thanks for writing.

I guess that means it's up to Henson to release the special on DVD. Do you know how to contact them at all?
