In season 9 of Between the Lions, Noel MacNeal took over Lionel. Why is that? Noel's Lionel sounds like Bear.

I've been wondering the same thing. I tried asking on the BtL's YouTube channel a while ago, but they never responded. I can't find any info on why Anthony Asbury stopped playing Lionel. I'm guessing either he's been too busy with other projects or he just doesn't want to play him anymore. Does anyone here know the truth?

I don't mind Noel MacNeal taking over the role; it reminds me of when he used to play Leon in the good ol' days of "The Puzzle Place." :big_grin:
