Back from my vacation

Hi everyone
Didn't mention I was going away for Easter...sah-ree. Well,I went on an 8 day cruise ducking fruit & everything being thrown at me from those that those who are tired of me mentioning cruises koffSnowthykoff Well anyway I have sort of a Muppet reference regarding this guy ---> There were a lot of delicious desserts on the ship & one of them was a chocolate cupcake. So I said to my sister in CM's voice: "Ooh..cup-ee-cake!" & (instead of looking at me like I was weird for saying it like that) she said it back the same way:"Yeah..cup-ee-cake look yummy!" Since the "cupeecake" skit was before she was born,I asked her where she learned it,she said she thought it was from me. OK...I can buy that!
A day or so earlier,my sister was asking my mom a lot of questions (to be goofy,I think) So finally,I asked,"Why are there so many songs about rainbows?" My mom & my sister got a laugh about that!

You can have the delectable cup-ee-cakes.I'm back on my diet. And yeah..my cruise was fine (with the exception of an idiot that ruined trivia & other activities onboard that were supposed to be fun!) I'll go into that later.

Sigh. It only takes one jerk to spoil the party.

Very true about it only taking 1 jerk to spoil the party.And no he couldn't be reprimanded (he's about 5 years older than me,I'd say.And he wasn't mentally incapable by any means. So that excuse is out) It seemed like he cheated at all the things we did! I went to trivia & Scattergories & it seemed like wherever I was,he was there! (Scattergories is a word game.Not sure if they have it in Australia)
The day before the cruise ended I was starting to play Scattergories with a bunch of people when all of a sudden, who comes walking in ,but the jerk! I wanted to pull my hair out! He greeted us with "Bet you're all glad to see me,huh?" I wanted to get up & leave then .But no..why should I?So the game ended in a tie: the jerk's team versus another team. So I whispered to one of my team mates "I seriously would love to strangle him!" (figure of speech,I wouldn't REALLY strangle him) She whispered back "Get in line!" So I wasn't the only one annoyed with him!
Other than that my cruise was fine!

I hope there's nobody like him on your next cruise. And I'm glad you were able to look on the bright side and have a good time notwithstanding that pain in the neck.
