But I stood strong, no fast food for me!
I've had this today:
Breakfast:
1/4 cup cottage cheese (60 cals) [I eat the large curd, 4% milkfat kind]
1 teaspoon honey (15 cals)
dash cinnamon sugar (10 cal) [an over estimation I know.]
1 cinnamon waffle (105 cals)
1 teaspoon maple syrup (15 cals)
dash cinnamon sugar (10 cal)
Total: 215 calories
Lunch:
4 oz mozzarella cheese (340 cals)
25 graham goldfish (56 cals)
fruit/yogurt homemade smoothie (250 cals)
Total: 646 calories [I can't believe I pigged out on moz cheese!]
And dinner will probably be a couple of chicken tenderloins (100 cals) with a baked potato (150 cals), butter spray (0 cals) and sour cream (60 cals).
Estimated dinner total: 310 calories [depending on just
how I make those chicken tenderloins...]
Tomorrow I will do better, I know it.
