With Frank gone, those are some pretty big shoes to fill... err, gloves.

Do you suppose they purposely looked for someone with hands that looked similar? I mean, they couldn't be all hairy or have wider fingers because we would all wonder what happened to the chef. (It's odd enough that the chef got married, and we all missed it. They must have had a destination wedding.)

I think those are Eric Jacobson's hands beacause he reaplaced Frank after he retired. My second guess is Steve Whitmire.
