Arrested? Thats a little harsh... Yes its illegal, but a lot of people do it. I'm not gonna lie... if someone posted Fraggle Puppets that looked authentic and didn't cost as much as that i'd for sure buy one or two or all five! Its priced far to high for not being authentic or copyrighted. Its good, but not $1,000 good, and at the end of the day... it is against the law. Word to the seller. If you make and sell puppets like that you will get kicked off of Ebay! If you still want to sell them, lower the price and sell them privately.

I see heaps of Muppet replica puppets getting sold all the time on ebay.I have seen the link, and the person is selling it from their collection, not mass producing them.
