Have a question about Annie Sue

When I saw Annie Sue in episode 302 of the muppet show, I believe she had a New-York type voice. Or a thick Chicago accent of some sort. Does she have an accent because I think she does. Otherwise, I'm a flipperface!

Although Louise Gold is English, she does happen to have a gift for accents, including different American ones.
I was once told, by a US linguist (at Berkley, California) that when it comes to a Brooklyn accent for example she's "letter perfect".
