Wally and Mae

I recall a sweet old couple on SSt, perhaps during the late 80s-early 90s. I can't remember their names, but I just remember them singing a part in the song "You're my Best Friend". Were they just on the show fer that occasion, or were they on it a number of times?

Hi Kiki. Sorta thought I knew who you were talking about, just needed that last bit of confirmation from Muppet Wiki. The song is "My Best Friend", and the characters you're refering to are Uncle Wally and Mrs. Mae Trump.

Uncle Wally was Bob's uncle and owner of Wolfgang the Seal, he appeared in the mid-late 1980's to early 1990's.
Mae appeared somewhat within the same time frame, though I don't rully remember her at all.
