I think your current list is really full. Got to draw the line somewhere. Robin, Beau and Link seem like the only real musts. But things like Java Muppets and Muppephones and penguins are fun ways to fill in corners.

The one thing I've learned from making Muppet montages is that there are always more characters to include. A shorter list usually makes for a better composition. If you can cal 30-60 a short list!

They're all being airbrushed from pencil sketches using Photoshop. It's essentially the same as using a conventional airbrush but ALOT easier to correct mistakes
