I'm probably making a gamble by starting a thread like this, but It's worth a shot. :coy:

Have you ever had something that you just can't wait to see or to come out? Like a new video game or movie? Then welcome to the "Highly Anticipated" Thread! "Yaaaay!"

xD

I think of several things I'm excited about:

1. Brad Pitt's movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Is anyone going to see it? It's about a man who is born in his eighties and begins to age backwards as time progesses. It actually looks pretty cool. Maybe an Oscar nod is in need? I would love to see this film.

2. Christmas!
It's almost here baby! Christmas is only 3 freakin' days away! I'm definately in the sprit this year, having watched old Christmas specials and even some new(Muppet fans, we got a new Muppet X-mas special, Yay!). But yes, Santa's coming down my chimney in 3...count em' 3 freakin' days! Now I just got to find the right cookies to sit out for him.

3. Sesame Street Live (Da Big Event folks!)
Yup...snow has hit the ground here in ol' Michigan and that only means one thing for me...Sesame Street Live's is blooming 'round the corner. Lol. It's always fun going to see SSL, it's not just the show itself, but all the atmosphere. I love walking into the Fox Theater seeing all the kids excited to see their favorite characters, and seeing the lit up souvineer stand displaying all the cool merchandise...and then, it's seeing the stage! Oh my! It's so magical and fun! I feel like I am 4 years old again! I must admit, I love the kids reaction when Elmo comes and leaves the stage...hehe. It is pretty cute...

Neat idea SSLFan!

Right now I'm most excited for Christmas since it is mere days away!

I'm also excited for the after Christmas shopping, I'm such a dork. And I'm excited for New Years. Other than that, I don't have much to look forward to right now. Sad. But if I do, this is a cool thread!

That is what my Mom is always anticipating! And she claims up and down that she will not die and that she will go out with it. *shrugs*
YEAH! Go MOM! I hope I do go out with it! That would just be too, awesome! I really seriously pray for this. Once, my friend and I were watching the news (over the phone), and all of these horrible things were happening throughout the nation. There were like 6 natural disasters over the period of a weekend, so my friend had made the comment that "Jesus is coming", .. you know jokingly. But hearing this on the phone, my heart actually skipped and I attempted to run to the window, but then I realized the context of her statement and I immediately felt stupid. I don't even thing I told her that for a brief 2 seconds, I took her seriously. She did question why I gasped.
