OK, well now that you're back, the Pirates music, and all the rest of the piano/string music you heard in the background of that segment, was taken from the soundtrack to Disneyland's Club 33. It's a favorite collection of mine, sort of sentimental yet boisterous and expressive, and it makes for wonderful background music.
