:search:For what it's worth I found the listings for theatrical Muppet/Henson film domestic (US) box office grosses. Of course they are not adjusted for inflation or ticket prices. Some kind of surprised me. I still believe a movie's worth comes from the individual viewer, but this is interesting. Who'd have known that Elmo can't get the movie crowds?

I just hope the next one it the biggest and not necessarily the best.

Oh, by the way. The Muppet Movie was the fourth largest grosser for 1979! It was barely beat out for the third slot by some little Coppola film called Apocalypse Now. :wink:
