Well, the only Cartoon Network series I'm aware of that ended four or five years ago is Dexter's Laboratory, but that was actually a long-running series with like five or six seasons or so...

1. Its animated.
2. It ended 4-5 years ago.
3. Its from Cartoon Network
4. Its not Powerpuff Girls
5. Its not Courage the Cowardly Dog
6. Its not What Ever Happend To Robot Jones
7. It was an original Cartoon Network show.
8. Not for major roles, but they make rare visual cameos.
9. It was an average series (4 seasons).
10. It has nothing to do with Adult Swim
11. It was\is part of the Cartoon Cartoon Line Up.
12. It Is Dexters Lab

and with that, D'Snowth and Dexters Lab are the winner!
(by the way, i got my information from wikipedia, so it may not always be reliable, but they said that show had 4 seasons)

your turn D'Snowth

My turn again... geez, I'm, like, dominating this game... I guess I better get some leather chaps, and a whip...

Okay, first hint...

1. It was the spin-off of another spin-off.

Is it Mork & mindy, which spinned off Lavern & shirley, which spinned off Happy Days?

You mean Andy Griffith and Lucille Ball? Nope.

1. It was the spin-off of another spin-off.
2. It was one of the first series to be filmed completely in color from beginning to end.
3. One of the cast members supplied a lot of voices for mostly Disney movies.
