Yall I have fell in love with Roosevelt Franklin, and the whatnot puppets so I got the notion to make my own, of course we will not call him Roosevelt Franklin, his name is Winston (my wife name my puppets)

Old Roosevelt all through You Tube!

This thread caused me to take a brief journey through youtube for Rosevelt Franklin excerpts. I was really surprised at how many Roosevelt excerpts I came across! Some really classic stuff! Does anybody remember "Same Sound Brown"? I had forgotten him, but he was rediscovered in my journey. :crazy:

I can see what the Controversy was over Him he's very Urban and some people may taken it the wrong way no to mention his bad grammer!

True. I think he was easy for kids to relate with though. Very real life if you ask me. I suppose he no longer makes any appearances on the show. At least I am not aware that he does.

Some people say it's racist but no onw was making fun of any type ethinic group the puppets were pink blue, and Green.

I don't see them as racist myself. Of course there are some folks out there that will find a problem with anything. :shifty: Yet they will support shows that are very clearly offensive to many.:concern:
