In the beginning of the Kokomo music video, there was a parrot that waved to Kermit. Who is the parrot?

Like Muppet Frog said, that parrot is from the "I Go To Rio" song on the Muppet Show's Diana Ross episode(seen here- http://youtube.com/watch?v=o_Yt2AiHcmI). If that is not the correct bird, try looking here.
