Does anyone know when sesame street 1st showed the song with grover, cookie, herry monster, and frazzle singing "Fuzzy and Blue"?

The Muppet Wiki article shows its earliest known appearance as being on Episode 1839, which aired on Thanksgiving Day, 1983. However, there are indications on the article page that the song may have been written as early as 1981.
