They can make it sound very good now with computers...I always thought it was live to :insatiable:
I blame this on M*A*S*H when they got rid of those classic Todd-AO laugh tracks in Season Six!

Man, I loved Pound Puppies! IMO, the first season was infinitely better than the second (aka the "All-New Adventures"). The characters weren't watered-down versions of themselves, Puppy Power wasn't used as a deux ex machina and the episode plotlines were actually clever. I mean, how can you not love a show that does a takeoff of the entire spy movie genre in one episode, and a send up/parody of Casablanca the next?

Aside from being the ultimate nasty dogcatcher decked out in armor, Cooler's number one enemy, the destroyer of Wagga-Wagga, Katrina Stoneheart's sometimes-business partner and Brattina's crush object...

...I have no idea. :stick_out_tongue:

Just one question who is Captain Slaughter?
Captain Slaughter was a huge vicious man whose face was covered with a turtleneck and captain's hat. He wore a dark blue overcoat and he had a metal claw for a right hand. He usually only speaks in grunts and growls, but says a few English words sometimes. Mainly threats to Cooler for the Captain lost his original right hand when trying to grab Cooler in between a speeding train.

Katrina normally hires the Captain to do away with the puppies or deliver them to her fur coat factory. But he never appeared in the second season at all.
