Hi guys. I made a thread maybe... two months ago claiming I was going to post again and then I sort of didn't. I am making it one of my New Year's Resolutions to post regularly. Actually, it's my only one. Anywho.

A whole lot has been going on with me and because I am vain and self-indulgent I will talk about them. I just finished a production of "The Diary of Anne Frank", where I played Mr. Dussel. It was a wonderful show. I'm about to start rehearsals for "Grease". I'm playing Vince Fontaine which is a dream come true for me. Lots of fast talking which I love to do.

School's going well. I'm very close to being done with my Senior year, and I'm waiting to hear from colleges. My dream is to go to Elon University for an Acting B.F.A., though I haven't gotten my hopes up. My audition is February 8th which terrifies me, but, as long as I have fun, that's what matters.

That's really it at the moment. How are you guys?

Vince Fontaine is indeed a great part! I played it my junior year of high school and though it was a little disappointing that he didn't have any songs, it was an opportunity to do a lot of other fun stuff with my voice (all my life, i've been told i have a perfect radio announcer voice, and this was a chance to really utilize that aspect of it!)

Yeah, I don't have a song, which I'm not really upset about. I get to be a part of the chorus in several other songs so I'm quite happy! I've been doing a lot of different things to prepare. I want to speak fast but also be articulate, so I've been saying all of my lines with a cork in my mouth. It really does wonders for diction.
