Three Years of Prawn

HELLO EVERYBODY!

It is your old pal Prawnie here, with some VERY exciting news!

Today marks my third anniversary here at the Muppet Central Forums! Yes, it's hard to believe that it's been three years since I first joined the forums as wide-eyed fifteen year old who couldn't tell the difference between Gladys or any other cow, let alone the names of any Fraggle. Now I have over 11,000 posts and I'm one of the top posters on the entire site!

My a lot has changed in three years. I've seen friends come and go and come then go again, I've written a bajillion and a half (or at least it feels like it) fan-fictions, I've had a bajillion and a half (or at least it feels like it) different roommates in Muppet College Dorms, I've played some characters in The Moppet Family, I've starred in T*K*O, I've muffined, I've laughed, I've cried, I've hijacked a bus.

But even with all of these fantastic memories from posts past, everyday I still look forward to jumping on MC as my tradition dictates, catching up on people's posts, and trying to be a freind to everyone.

It certainly has been a long three years, but I wouldn't trade these memories and experiences I've had here for anything. I've met some of the greatest people I know through this forum, and I'm proud to call everyone here my friend.

Thank you all for welcoming/embracing me as a member here at Muppet Central, and I hope to spend many more years here laughing with you all.

You know... Can't rully recall the post you've mentioned previously where I welcomed you here Prawn. But all that matters now is that you're one of my top forum friends, along with countless others. Thank you for all the craziness and fanfics and generally being a great guy to chat or talk to. Here, 3 birthday cakes for you. Just don't trip over the stairs flinging them all about making a general mess like usual.

Whoa... for some reason I've always felt like you've been here longer than I have... come again, there are A LOT of people here who I feel like they've been here longer than me, but haven't.

Well, at any rate, WAY TO GO PRAWN MASTER! I never will forget all those good times we had working on T*K*O together, but I especially won't forget the day you suddenly figured out I was quietly trying to reach 10,000 before you, then you publically challenged me to see who will reach 10,000 first, thus becoming the tail end of the top five people who've reach 10,000 (suddenly I'm at number four with Kimp the Wimp er... Shrimp behind me and you behind him, but I remember you said something about your computer being worked on?), and we both started making as many posts in as many threads as we could and it was SO CLOSE but eventually I won! But it was all in the spirit of fun, we had a great time, we gave each other the run for the money, and were both good sports about it. Thanks again for giving me that opportunity for my first "friendly competition" here at MC, but most importantly, thank you Prawnie for just being here and being an awesome friend! Congratulations!

Wow, three years, that's wonderful! And what a three years it has been... I just feel like we've been through so much together... Even though I didn't always actively participate in what was going on, be assured that I was always there..well..almost always. Also, though I love and value everyone here, there are just some people who, when I read their names before posts, I get excited and know I'm going to have fun reading. You guessed it; you're one of those people! Happy MC aniversery Prawnie, and may we all have many more great ones!

Hey, neither did I when I first joined... heck, I'm still not TOO familiar with them to this day, I haven't seen them since I was just a little guy, I hardly remember who's who and what they were like.

Well ya see, Prawn always seemed so fraggle-oriented to me, what with some of his stories, and Cantus being his roommate for a while. That's why I was a bit surprised. You always struck me more as a Sesame Street guy, Snowth.
