Yes, that Soccermania special didn't have any voice credits in the end. So I had to look them up in an animation book. And I was surprised that Will ended up voicing Scrooge while Alan Young did Scrooge in Mickey's Christmas Carol. And I thought Gyro sounded a lot like Rabbit when I heard him in that quick scene. But Russi Taylor voiced Huey, Dewey, and Louie just like in Ducktales. And Goofy was voiced by Tony Pope in that special, and it even featured sportscaster Chick Hearn.AH, so that's who it was. I prefered Alan Young's Scrooge. But then again, Will's version was a slightly different Scrooge, closer to the original comics. So it works.
And it's too bad about Gyro Gearloose in that special. He only had one line, and it was the only animated appearance the character got out side of Ducktales.
Also in Soccermania, things looked a lot different from the later shown Ducktales. Scrooge had a butler named Jeeves instead of Duckworth and the Beagle Boys were all the same size and didn't have names.
