In the recent podcast episode, a lost cartoon segment featuring 2 kids, a He (named Heathcliff apparently), a she are talking about tricycles, and a hairy beast (most likely a bear) named it explains it to them. Apparently another segment was featured on the new "Old School" set in a classic episode.

Now, here's my question. When exactly did these cartoons premire and when did they end. I have no recallection of seeing them anywhere before.

You forgot about the next segment with He, She, and It about vacuum cleaners.

They also appear in a skit in the last episode on Old School Volume 2, talking about how fossets work. I guess they were regular characters whom we didn't realise were regulars.

I remember those too; the kids' full first names were Heathcliff and Sheila. Besides the ones you've mentioned, there was another cartoon in the series (it explained how light bulbs work).

I had a feeling that was her name. I just don't recall seeing it at all. I was really surprised that they used such an obscure cartoon from the 70's on a recent podcast.
