Ever Had any Experiences with Spirits?

To be honest I have no recollection at all. I wouldn't even remember it if Mum hadn't told me about it years later when I had grown much older.

It seems to me that one of Satan's demons was tormenting me and tried to start on my brother until Mum took her actions. I believe God was protecting me and Gary from being fully possessed by the evil spirit until finally driving it or them (could have been two or more demons taking it in "shift work") through the actions Mum took in the faith she obviously had.

Praise God we can have the victory over those evil spirits through our Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!

Ah, yes, that explains why little kids are always screaming about monsters being in their closets, or under their beds, or out in the hallway while they sleep.

Well not necessarily always so. Some of these monsters may be nothing more than figments of the kids own terrified imaginations (and some parents using the bad technique of trying to get their kids to go to sleep by warning them that the "boogie man" will get them if they're still awake when the light is off certainly hasn't been helpful at all ) but some of the monsters could well be evil spirits.

I've been reading and studying a book that says we must be strong not just against the Devil but also against his schemes as the Bible says in Ephesians 6:10-12. The author points out that Satan and his demons cannot multiply but humans do and so with an ever increasing human population the evil spirits cannot inflict all the billions of people at the same time in the world today. So Satan needs to implement schemes that run themselves. So perhaps the instigation of the "boogie man" myth is one of Satan's diabolical schemes to keep little kids everywhere terrified of monsters in their rooms at night. Even if they're not really there at all.

I SWEAR to you, I think there's a spirit in this apartment tonight...

Ever since I went to bed, all I've been hearing are what the sounds of someone bumping into the walls, or going through the papers on my desk... and I swear, at one point, I DID hear footsteps going through my room.

Hence why I'm up at not 5:00 in the morning feeling cold, drained, and sick (signs that a spirit is absorbing your energy from what I've heard).

Finally at one point, even while I was on the computer, and watching TV, I started hearing what sound like the velcro on my Rocky being messed with (his little jersy that he's wearing is removable, and is secured by velcro), so I finally said, aloud "You know something? You're not doing a very good job at hiding yourself, I've been listening to you all night, and you've been keeping me away... so I have two suggestions... either you can be civilized and reveal yourself and we might have ourselves a little friendly chit-chat... OR, you can get the heck out of my room in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior... it's your choice."

Well after that, everything went quiet (except for my computer and TV, naturally), and I felt well again... but that was a while ago, and now I'm hearing noises again... this time, it sounds like someone keeps walking up and down the stairs outside my bedroom door (the stairs lead to my room, and that's all the top floor of this apartment is is my bedroom with a bathroom).

Noisy spirits.

Could be neighbors or the fan? But good luck with that. I know that dark empty rooms really creep me out after a while.

Well, it can't be the fan, because the only noises it's been making are the noises any normal fan makes.

And it can't be the neighbors because (with the exception of the stairs), the sounds ARE in MY room! I don't think the neighbors rustling through papers could travel through walls like that.

Perhaps it's poor wires or pipes in the walls. I've never had contact with spirits before; I'm not of legal drinking age!

Last night, I had a hard time getting to sleep because there was this silent yet gravely perturbing 'whirring' noise coming from outside my window. It wasn't like an insect of any sort, it sounded mechanical. I looked out the window and it was then a flash of a green light blinded me..... I then walked back to my bed with one of those sleeper masks on. What the heck it was I'll NEVER know.
