Instead of trying to run every MuppetCast conversation off of the original thread from six months ago, I thought it might be easier to post some episode-specific information each week from now on. Then we can chat about each show with a fresh frame of reference, and everybody's happy! If the moderators would prefer that I do something other than this, please let me know and I'll be happy to oblige.

This week I was just glad to get a show up and out there! My monitor decided it had had enough of me and all but stopped working this week. So doing a show with a blurry screen display was not fun, but the resulting show is, as always, a lot of fun.

I'm happy to bring you my conversation with James Wojtal, puppet builder/designer and performer extrordinaire. He's worked on many different projects and with many different companies, including SNL, Comedy Central, and with the Muppets and the Jim Henson Company! We talk about his incredible career working with puppets...and just what's up with those Muppet chickens.

Anyway, it's a lot of fun. Along with James we get to hear from Gonzo, Elmo, and Zoe, all talking together from Long Island. Gonzo and Elmo even get a little snippy! But it's all in good fun. Enjoy!

Again, a fantastic interview with James Wojtal (ravage frackle on here)!

And I was ROTFLMAO when Gonzo and Elmo were talking on the Muppets, Music, and Magic tour stop. Thank you once again SarahonBWay for recording this for all of us!

And I can't wait till next week, hope you can catch up on email before the scary shows!

Hmmm... Sort of a tough call. See, I could compare this to both the Sesame Season threads and my own Muppet Listings.

On the one hand, each Muppet Listing updated version contains a ton of new characters and corrections to what was previously included, so a new thread for each is definitely needed.

On the other hand, we have one universal thread for our thoughts on each new episode of the new Sesame Street season. The episodes' conversations are usually easy to follow, as we reference to the episode previously premiered by means of a post with that specific episode's rundown. Or sometimes, people do refer to which specific episode they're talking about.

Not sure if discussions on each individual Muppetcast episode should be shelved into the one master thread or into separate threads. Will leave this as is for now and gage user feedback on what they think best.
Hope this helps somewhat Steve, have a great day buddy.

You are very welcome

Great show, Steve! I really enjoyed the interview and the Muppet part of the panel is just priceless. I'm happy everyone got to share in a little bit of the awesomeness that was that weekend. Of course, when Gonzo said he would answer a question just as long as it stayed off the "interweb" I went, "oops!". Haha.

You know... That's a human element that I liked from the recording of an event such as the panel discussion from M3. We got to hear little blurbs from you from time to time Sarah, along with the machine firing up to record more audio.

Thanks, here's a muffin.

Haha, by "little blurbs" you mean my laughter which sounds oddly like a horse's whinny that close to the microphone and Cody announcing that he had to go to the bathroom? Well, at least someone enjoyed it haha! I slapped myself on the forehead everytime hehe.

Um... Uh, sort of. Your laugh and when you go "Yaey!" when something was announced and the schluppupup-schluppupup noise the device made when recording.

Yeah. I sound ridiculous. Let me say it loud and clear that that was AUDIO DISTORTION and I don't actually sound like a man.

Hey Sarah... For the record, I didn't think you sounded manlyish, I heard your um girly? voice identified as it was.
Can't help thinking if Gonzo got Zoe's phone number. Anybody think he's just wanting to get a "normal" date instead of always pecking at a chicken he doesn't even know is the real Camilla or not?

I know, that whole discussion segment was hilarious. I was driving home for lunch here at the house and just laughing out loud the whole time.
