My Grandma had a dog, but...well...someone stole him. Who would do such cruel things?:cry: :frown: :sympathy:

Is there actually a distinct breed called mutt?
I've always heard people use the word to refer to all dogs in general. Sometimes in a not so affectionate context I'm afraid.:embarrassed: :concern:

But congratulations on your new doggie Laser. I hope you have lots of fun with him.:big_grin:

Thanks Marty! But I make a mistake in my part Eddie is not a mutt he is a labrador that is what Eddie is.

A Mutt generally means a mixed breed (apparently that's mainly an American and Canadian term, I didn't realize that!)

And yeah there is often a negative connotation to that. Like "it's just a Mutt!" Which I think isn't very nice. :sympathy: Though sometimes it can be used affectionally too!
