I recently read a bit of information about the Sesame Street episode where Hooper's Store had it's grand reopening, and read that a character named Stella appeared at the end, along with Biff and Sully. I also read that she appeared with Biff and Sully in the song This Song is For the Birds. But not much is said about her on her Muppet Wiki page.

So does anybody remember anything about Stella? It seems like she worked with Biff and Sully. Could she have been created to make Biff and Sully into a trio? I have read comments suggesting that Roxie Marie was created to replace Sully, but if this Stella character was already around, couldn't Stella have just filed in for Sully?

Does anybody know how long Stella was on the show?

I do remember Stella. Though she was very short lived. She only lasted for one Season. The 1990-1991 Season. She was only seen a handful of times. Not really sure why they got rid of her so quickly. I believe she was performed by Camile Bonora

The Muppet Wiki pages mentions that her vocubularly was limited to "yo!", so I guess she was similar to Sully, only she actually spoke. I wonder if her "yo"-ing ever interrupted Sully when he was about to talk. I wonder if Biff ever interrupted her.

The only picture of her that I've seen was on Muppet Wiki's page for the episode where Hooper's Store reopened, and the picture is kind of bad. I can't tell what she looks like by looking at that picture (though most of the pictures of street scenes from that episode were a bit dark).

I am not sure what Stella looked like. Anyone know?
I remember Stella. She's made from the Fat-Blue Live-Hands Anything Muppet and she also appeared on "This Is Your Lunch" game-show with Guy Smiley. When I watched the Rua Sesamo version of this sketch on YouTube, that made me wish to see the English version of it.
