d. Wait, you just went A, 2, d, and you said 2 things and listed 3, and you're asking US why this thread is screwy?

Daniel
Lol! That cracked me up, Daniel! And it's so true, too.

Oh, and to answer the question of Beau and Marty, this thread is kinda funky with the posts because the time on the board was a little screwy for a day or so... the day of Snowthy's birthday, oddly enough! But, that's why the posts are a bit out of order.

But I'm glad Snowthy had a good birthday (despite no Kathy G.)!

Thanks for the explanation Caroline.
I'm sure pleased Snowthy's birthday was unaffected by any screwiness even though the board was taking a bad turn on it. Do you suppose the board was all upset by Kathy's not being free to attend Snowth's party?

Well at least it's settled down now.
Maybe next year Kathy can come Snowth. No harm in hoping.

Which Home Alone, there were 10 of them so far, I think.

Exaggerating a bit? There were only four, one of which was just a cheap made-for-TV movie.

But no, the first one, where the family's in the apartment in France, and Buzz is asked if he's seriously not worried about Kevin, he replies "No I'm not, and for three reasons: A. I'm not the lucky. 2. We have smoke-detectors. And D. We live on the most boring street in the United States of America, where nothing even remotely dangerous will ever happen. Period.

Yeah! I don't really see how you couldn't get that. But it was so subtle at first that I didn't noticed, though.

Beau, please, Home Alones 1-3 are three of my all-time favorite movies!
Ooooh! I totally didn't know that. Or *idea* I did know that, and was thus referencing them on your birthday as a special...um...treat!

Have you seen the 4th movie? I haven't found it going free anywhere (as if I'd pay for it...) so I haven't seen it yet. I enjoyed the 3rd movie, but wish it hadn't been marketed as a part of the Home Alone franchise...it was a separate entity and could have been called something else and sold just as well (or better, since people wouldn't be comparing it with HA 1 and 2.)

Man, the 4th one was CRA-YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-AP! All the original characters (Kevin, Marv, Harry, et cetera), but all played by completely different actors, Kev's parents are divorced and his dad has a bigger house, Harry has a girlfriend who tags along with him and Marv, and the fact that it's a TV-movie was the worst blow below the belt of all!
