Well what do you expect? It's a stop-motion for crying out loud!:boo:
Good point.

Just got two DVDs just a few minutes.

The Lucy Show: The Complete Season One (Loved this show when i first saw it on Nick at Nite. I would watch every night that it came on. Like they said shes one of the first lady of comedy)

Vaati64 I too also got "Coraline: 2 Disc Edtion." I took the girls to see it and they just couldn't get enough of it. I love these types of movies even if they weren't 3-D.

I was considering getting The Lucy Show. I didn't see it on nick at nite, but watched a couple of episodes on youtube. Unfortunately, my wallet didn;t agree with me getting Coraline, Robot Chicken, AND The Lucy Show, so I had to pass on this one for now, but it's on my want list.
Really, I'm the only one from my family that liked Coraline. My mom, dad, and sis all thought it was just too weird and scary.

How was that possible? Only places I still see them are charging like 40 bucks for them. And that's still only slightly lower than the SRP.
I don't know, man! It was just... there! I saw them ont he shelf so I went to investigate the price and I saw it and I freaked out and bought them all up as fast as possible. :stick_out_tongue:

I just ordered the 2-disc DVD of Coraline off Amazon. I went to all the stores I could today and every store only had the single-disc barebones or the Blu-Ray. Best Buy I was incredibly disappointed by because I assumed they'd have it. And KMart just sucks to get DVD's at just in general (all foolscreen or single-discs whenever they can). Well, this indeed marks the final time I buy a DVD I really anticpate in a store. I had a bad expierence prior with the Follow That Bird DVD when neither store even bothered to carry the DVD of Sesame Street's film debut [I know it's an older movie, but come on! If you have the more obscure Shalom Sesame in-stock, why not Follow That Bird?]. It's all online shopping from here on out. :grouchy:

I'm not sure why I didn't speak on this before, but be that as it may.

Actually speaking as someone whom got to see this movie in 3D in theaters, the 3D effect was awesome. The DVD 3D was a bit of a let down, I think you have to have like a really state of the art TV and maybe it would come out better on Blu-ray. My little brother has been begging me to watch it since I got it and he wanted to watch it in 3D and now I turned to him and, though, he enjoyed the 3D effects at first, he seems to be very tired of it. After awhile it's also very painful for your eyes.

After watching Coraline like this, I'm rully rully hoping Dearmworks Monsters vs Aliens and Disney/Pixar's Up doesn't get the same 3D treatment when it gets a home video release. I honestly feel that this is probably something best left at the theaters.

I bought Austin Powers 1 & 2 (I would have gotten 3 but they didn't have it) because I saw them on TV all chopped up and wanted to see them whole.

And Terminator and T2: Judgement Day because I've wanted to see them since I first heard about them and and Meijer had them for six bucks each (HOORAY FOR MEIJER!).

I agree with you there JJ. I hope they don't do that to the rest of the movies. I really don't care i enjoyed it while being in the theater watching 3D but i don't care to see it 3D unless my necies want to.
