Blazing Saddles, because I like Mel Brooks and Meijer had it cheap.

(I knew that I liked him from the second I first saw him in 'The Muppet Movie'.)

I freakin love Blazing Saddles! I know this isn't a dvd, but I just bought the soudtrack to it from someone in Virginia that is selling it for 23.00. I guess its that much because when they released it back in August of last year, they only made 3,000 copies, and they are all supposedly sold out.

Ok. Today i went to Abliene with my firend and his brother. I thought since i had the money i would finally get the complete season of Fraggle Rock seires. Well i get to the mall and to Best Buy. I had seen it there for so many times i thought i'm going to buy it sooner or later. Well today.....it wasn't there!

I was so mad. I asked one of the store clerks to see if they had any in the back but nope. This seem to happen to me everytime i want something. I see it for so many times and then when you have enough. It's not there.

But i'm going on a trip (I hope) with a friend and maybe i'll find it in Dallas somewhere. But to get to what i ended up getting is why i came here to write.

Here are the DVDs i bought today:

Mr. Bean – The Ultimate Collection (I had the first version which just had the little shorts but then they came out with this one and it has lots more. It has both Bean Movies, Little Shorts, Cartoon Shorts and i think some Bouns Features. Pretty cool)

Scrubs -Season 7 (Love the show and who can't beat a show that had the Muppets on there show kinda twice)

Disney's The Lion King - 2 Disc Version (Been hoping to find this or look on ebay but being that it was hard to find after it had been released. So i was thrilled to find this at Hastings and used. Even those it looked brand new)

Jungle Book 2 - Special Edition (Loved the first one and went took the oldest neice and her freind to go see this when it first came out. Loved this one too.)

Good to know I'm not the only Mel Brooks fan on the forum.

Tale of Despereaux. I read the book first and I'm curious to see if it's as dark (seriously, it was depressing, but not on the level of Series of Unfortunate Events).

My Chronological Donald volume 2 finally came today. Well, it actually came 2 days ago, after being like 5 days late, and it came in horrible condition! My mom and I both said that the package literally lokked like it was run over by a car. The package was torn and everything. So, my dad contacted amazon and they shipped my new DVD 2 day airmail, which is a 15.00 dollar value, absolutely free! I'm gonna save it for tomorrow when we go camping for memorial day.

Here are the newest ones i just bought today. But first i wanted add something to the two newest ones i found. I remember seeing something about these vol. 1 and 1 of the 1960's and 70's and thought these would be fun to add to my older classic cartoons. I joited down the date and saw where they had changed the date. So i wrote it down again. Today i found them at Wal-mart. But either i saw the another date for something else or i don't know but i was glad to get them today.

1960's Classic Saturday Morning Cartoons: Volume 1 (I just love older cartoons and thought being most of them are all Hanna-Barbera shows)

1970's Classic Saturday Morning Cartoons: Volume 1 (More of HB. So why not?)

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: Friendship Edition (I had the first version when it came out but being that was when my oldest neice was just a little thing and she scratched up it up. So now that i've found it again. Can't wait to watch the older Winnie the Pooh.)

I just hope one of these days Disney releases the whole New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and even the older show "Welcome to Pooh Corner." Hoping away!

Robin Hood: Men in Tights, for the same reason that I bought Blazing Saddles.
