Well now, I've been busy doing what I've been planning for today, that I forgot to say happy birthday to dear Richard(Well, on the internet that is. Several times today, I would look up at the sky and think 'Happy Birthday, Richard.') I watched his cameo on GMC; watched his onscreen appearances on Trading Places and Oxford Blues; watched episodes of TMS where his characters play prominent roles(Juliet Prowse, Jim Nabors, Gilda Radner, Judy Collins, Lynn Redgrave, & Steve Martin. I also watched the Swedish Chef segment in the Valerie Harper episode where you hear Richard laughing. I was planning on watching more episodes, but that's all I could get through without having to cut other things out of the day that I had planned.) Lastly, I listened to episodes 41, 57, and 70 of MuppetCast.

Anyway, I still have time, I should say it before it's too late. Happy Birthday, Richard! (I'm probably three hours behind most of you. So it really still is Richard's birthday where I am. That is, for another ten minutes or so.)
Wow, and I was called the die hard Richard fan, hehe. Good job, Snowball! And glad you fit in other things in life too, that's important.

You know the 2005 anniversary of Richard's passing was the first time I'd seen Richard's cameo in GMC. I watched it with a friend, it was a nice night.

After all that, do you have any insights to share?

Of course, I'd try to do something special for all the muppeteers birthdays. I just...Tried to make Richard's a little more special.

That sounds nice. Unfortunately, my friend doesn't really like the Muppets as much as me. She only likes certain characters, and Labyrinth. Now, the only one I can watch the Muppets with and go into discussion with is my dad. But anyway, the first time I saw GMC(At least, I think it was the first time,) I already knew about Richard's cameo and I was able to point him out.

After listening to MuppetCast episode 41(For the second time actually,) I found myself liking the story that Jane told about the woman walking up to her at Richard's memorial. How she told Jane that after she went through her divorce, Richard was there for her by taking her out to dinner. After that story, I realized just how much of a gentleman Richard was. He didn't do that for his own gain, but rather, to see that woman happy. Of course, I liked all the other stories about him, like the littering story that Frank mentioned, or the way Richard reacted when David Rudman recognized him(And that certain quote Rudman said Richard had shouted when Richard had seen him at the workshop a year later. Laugh everytime I hear that.)

Anyway, I also really liked Richard's onscreen appearance in Trading Places(I liked that entire movie actually. My mom had said a quote from that movie months ago and I had no idea that it was from that movie until I watched it a few weeks ago. Very surprised when I heard it in the movie actually.) Couldn't help but smile when I saw his face, and on our large TV no matter. He was very handsome in that movie. Anyway, I could go on and on about what I like about that man.

It's certainly nice reliving memories of people we're fond of (in this case, Richard).

Hahah that EXACTLY happened to me a few weeks ago. It really was a great movie. I had seen his part before, but it was on a weird little screen. But that time I got it in HD and wow.

Waitin' for the podcast now. xD

Hopefully Richard's presence is still felt in the next podcast.
