I see that a lot of Season 12 episodes are being uploaded to YouTube now, but it seems like Episodes 1461, 1463-1483, and 1486-1488 are 'missing' as of now. Just wondering if there's any explanation. Thanks in advance.

Actually, 1463 has been uploaded, so now the list 'stands' at 1461, 1464-1483, 1486-1488, and (as of now) the rest of Season 12, starting with 1516.

Today's latest upload marks a first for the Workshop's official YouTube channel - back-to-back new-to-streaming episodes on Sunday and Friday respectively.

The latest release is noted for featuring the final airing of a Herbert Birdsfoot sketch in the series.

The Wubbleball episode was previously released on HBO Max in November 2021 (hence it being 48 minutes long)

I'm so happy they decided to upload this episode (3636). This is actually a very special episode. I don't know if it's significant to the series (well, maybe it is, since they decided to upload it, and I think the Paley center has it), but it is rather significant to me. Because you see, just like almost everybody else here, I went through a period of time that I didn't really watch Sesame Street. Like just about everyone else on this Earth, I felt like I was too old for it. Though I would occasionally tune in if I was channel surfing, but only watch about 3 or 4 sketches. And this specific episode aired on what's considered Marathon Monday here in Massachusetts of 1997. And back then, all of the network stations had wall-to-wall coverage, including pre-race coverage. I was sick and tired of all the pre-race coverage, so I decided to look for something else to watch. Sesame Street just happened to be on, and so I was like "What the heck? I guess I'll watch this. I haven't seen this show in awhile." And then the song "A Baby's Life" came on, which was a total throwback. I remembered it from when I was little and I couldn't believe they were still showing it that late. I watched 3638 the following Wednesday which was about Oscar, and I always liked street stories that revolved around Oscar. And then the next day, a very similar thing happened with the sketch with Guy Smiley taking his audience to lunch. And before I knew it, I was hooked. So this was basically the episode that got me back into the show again.
