Yesterday someone named Ahappyfan messaged me and told me He had the entire sesame street series I wondering if this is a scam because I don't want to get scammed.

Yes, that's a scam often perpetrated on the members of this forum. If you get another message from that member, report it and send a copy to all staff members. Thanks for the Mupdate.

Hi everyone. The person who constantly scams people is Andrew Turppa. Andrew got kicked off this forum many years ago on account of stalking people and harassing them with threats and foul derogatory language. I had some unfortunate nasty encounters with him a while back. When he tried charging me money for episodes of Sesame Street that he does not own. I simply told him that I'm not interested. He then sent me a derogatory email containing racial slurs and death threats. I blocked him. He tried to get a hold of me through multiple email addresses. This guy often changes email addresses like people change underwear...some people must really have a lot of time on their hands. What he's doing is completely inappropriate and not acceptable in any shape or form. I told him not to contact me anymore. A whole entire year had passed and he messaged me yesterday. I made it perfectly clear him by telling him to refrain from any further contact with me, otherwise I will file a police report. Not because he illegally pirates Sesame Street episodes from AAPB, but because he sends death threats. I told Andrew to stay away from me, otherwise he will be reported to the police. He has not responded since. If he's smart, then he will avoid further contact unless if he wants to answer to police officers. I suspect a visit from law enforcement is the only way that may put this undesirable character in his place. Keep in mind that making death threats to people in person or online is without a doubt, against the law. Such disgusting behavior should not be tolerated by anyone. We all have every right to feel safe, physically, mentally and emotionally. God forbid if this person attempts any further contact with me, then he will be reported to police.

For those of you on this forum who have been victimized by Andrew Turppa, here is my advice to you. If you receive anymore threatening emails or messages out of him, please screenshot the emails and turn them over to your local police department. Otherwise, he will continue to get away with his behavior. People like that seriously need to be put in their place from law enforcement. What do you when someone like that threatens you online, or in person? You file a police report. That's a no brainer. It's common sense. He will not leave anyone alone unless people wake up and do something about it. Look at what happened to Josh, the former owner of Muppet History. To the owners and moderators of this forum, my suggestion is for you to track his IP address and submit to the police. If I'm being honest, there seems to be a lack of moderation on here and given the lack of moderation, I'm quite surprised such a site still even exists. Like I said, anyone on this forum who has been threatened by Andrew should make a police report immediately. Otherwise, he will never leave you alone. He is a miserable, deranged malcontent that has no moral compass, no direction and ultimately, no life. I might add that some other user on this forum whom claims he used to be friends with him is no better given that he has no common sense. He made a video about it on his Youtube channel, basically whining about letting him into his house and then getting screwed over by him. Yeah, letting a perfect stranger, especially someone from online into your home is a no no. BIG TIME. Andrew could have had a weapon and put that person and his family in danger. Common sense is not the name of a flower that blooms in your garden. To put it bluntly, some people are incredibly naive and just plain stupid. But not me. I know exactly what do if God forbid I ever hear from Andrew again. So once again, I encourage you all to take screenshots of Andrew's emails and messages and send them over to the police. This is the best advice I can offer. However, whether some people wish to take it or not is their choice.

I was recently contacted by him like (i think?) a day AFTER i joined MC. The moment he offered me $100 for a single Sesame Street episode (Show 4057/Street We Live On!) from AAPB, i immediately closed the convo and i never talked to him since as i (used to) closed the option to receive convo from members

AVOID HIM BOTH OFF AND ON MUPPET CENTRAL AT ALL COST!!!
