The BMI index doctors use is a little misleading.
And outdated! Honestly!

In all seriousness, according to the antiquated BMI that doctors continue to use today, I should be at about 175 for somebody my height and age . . . but that's just it; the outdated BMI only takes height and age into consideration, and nothing else. Not that I wouldn't love to get down to that target, but for me, it's unrealistic: not because I'm too far gone, but because there are other factors at play, such as the fact that my genes come from some historically burly, husky, and big-boned people like Scots and Cherokee; with my natural bone structure and build, there's no way I could ever get down to 175 (and if I did, I'd probably look like a sickly Johnny Bravo), so taking that into consideration, the doctors I've had over the years have settled on a more reasonable 210 target weight goal for me.

Meanwhile you sit by and watch as the blue check marks brag about how Biden coming into their office somehow cured their blood pressure.

The life of a privileged blue check mark - where a president’s existence makes your blood pressure go up and then down when the democrat passed guy comes in.

Honestly I was just thinking when it comes to cakes, I’m really not picky when it comes to flavors. Even coconut cake.

I’m willing to try carrot cake at some point.

Just about the only cake I'm not crazy about is angel food or sponge cake . . . they're both pretty bland and tasteless.

I mean in all honesty not the best cakes but still ones I would gladly eat. They have a nice, soft consistency and a subtle flavor.
