His was definitely one of the voices of my childhood - I can never listen to his voice without thinking of Smart@$$ the Weasel from Roger Rabbit.

In he comes through the door with his pal Lenny.
“HELLO!”
With his hair greased back, and that cowlick plastered to his forehead (thanks to Dippidy-Do), Squiggy made his presence known.
Now he’s up in heaven with Laverne, with pizza and beer, giving her a hickee on her neck.

And Henry the Penguin from Oswald.
I personally knew him best as the voice of Doc Boy in the Garfield specials (a role he even reprised on the Garfield Show). RIP.

Six degrees of separation. Michael McKeon (Lenny) plays guitar, is friends with Penny Marshall (Laverne) who’s married to Rob Reiner (the Meathead on All in the Family), who casts him in Spinal Tap a few years later.
It’s good to have friends in Hollywood.

In the meantime, Squiggy stars with Kurt Russell and Grandpa Al Lewis in “Used Cars”.
